The twin room was decent sized, brand-new, with a spotless bathroom, making it a good place for a quick visit.

it had good and unbeatable location near really nice bars and restaurants and the guggenheim as well as the centre of bilbao, in the most beautiful part of the city.

Very good and efficient breakfast with an amazing view to a wall and cheaper option of coffee, for instance, magnificent location. Location not far from the main restaurants, most tourist destinations like the Guggenheim about 15 minutes away, and the beautiful Gran Via main shopping street in Bilbao. Also, to highlights in the city.
Dreadful views; too expensive breakfast.

Pleasant and quiet place
Polite employees at the reception desk. Great location near Bilbao Old Town, Guggenheim, ferry port, Museo de Bellas Artes, Mercado de la Ribera, and Siete Calles.- Easy walk to Palacio de Justicia Courthouse

central location. breakfast is well has quality products, potato omelette is an exception in negative and dining room staff very. friendly and helpful. It has garage in the same hotel, price 21 euros. bed is comfortable. cleaning throughout the hotel and room in particular.
If you're bothered by the brightness to sleep, room 414 isn't yours. door has a finger on three sides where the hall light comes in and doesn't go out all night. bathroom doesn't have a bidet, I know many hotels are taking away, I want to say that it's a mistake if I have to take a shower. I use more water, more soap and towel is bigger, so where is that commitment to the environment that all hotels boast about? blanket that was in the closet is not in a bag, although it looked new, maybe not brand new, it was full of dust and it fell on me as I was asthmatic, is not the best thing.

The location of the hotel is very good, the old town is 5 minutes walk away, the Guggenheim is 10 minutes maximum, in short, great location! Also the room and bathroom are very clean and spacious! The staff is very attentive, friendly and advises you on what you need.
From 7-8 am there is a lot of noise inside the hotel that prevents you from sleeping (slamming doors, shouting, bags up, bags down, etc). Maybe it's because we were in a room next to the elevators. (room 217) but this is our opinion about silence and rest. Another negative point is that we found the garage a bit expensive since for leaving the car one weekend they charged us almost 50 euros apart from what we already paid for the room... it could already be included in the price or be a bit more economical for their customers. They take advantage of the fact that it is difficult to park in the area, all parking is blue or green (paying, of course), and there is never room.

The room was super new and had a cool modern look. The staff really paid attention to us. It was great having a mini fridge, AC, and a personal safe. 🌟

We want to positively emphasize that the receptionists have been very correct and friendly. As for the espresso breakfast, I have to say that it is highly recommended for its quality and price.
Cozy and central. We stayed from 29/12/18 to 4/01/19. first impression was very pleasant. when I looked closely at the room it was not very clean; like the dust behind the TV and water in the kettle of the previous client. Another thing we didn't like was that the floor maid had the audacity to open the wardrobe and put away the cushions and play mattress that should be on the bed. Something that she should not have done since it invades our privacy. since there are our clothes and personal objects, On the other hand. there is the paid parking lot. Hotels have always offered free parking to their guests, I don't understand why I had to pay 21 euros/day for the parking. They take advantage because we are in the centre and because there is hardly any parking outside. Besides. parking lot has a spiral slope that is very annoying and very narrow parking spaces. Suggestions:, More supervision of the cleaning by the housekeeper. Shampoo and shower gel should be kept in separate containers. finally. parking should be free (at least for long-term guests).

Lovely modern and well priced place, I greatly enjoyed knowledgeable personnel.
I booked a room with a great bed, a mini bar fridge, climate control and a personal safe. The private parking was onsite, terrific service.

The only positive feature about this hotel was the location. It was 5 minsw from the Guggenheim, Abando subway and the Old Town.
Yes, the front reception service was very very poor. We only went to them if absoultely necessary. In the room there was no coffee/tea service, no iron, tv selection was not of good quality, there was no extra blankets in the room. Gym was just a small room. Breakfast would have cost 12 euro extra per day. It was definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best.

This is surely the best traditional hotel, pleasant and welcoming staff, compact rooms. Offers marvellous location in a good area. The coffee bar is nice. Fantastic service and the food is excellent. Parking is nearby. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

It is a great modern and reasonably priced property located in the Ensanche district. The breakfast is hot, served with fresh pressed orange juice and good coffee machines.- The place has a stunning and lovely location both to the town and to the ferry port.
